Mi si impalla il computer

Ciao, ho un computer fisso con ubuntu 13.04, ho dei problemi perchè mi si impalla in continuazione, ho provato ha liberare la ram e la swap, ma senza risultati significativi,dando il comando free -m, mi ha dato questo:

Il risultato di top è invece:
