If you're travelling in Economy Class on a lengthy journey, you can request an Lufthansa Upgrade Bid to Premium Economy or Business Class. As a passenger in Premium Economy Class, you submit your request for an upgrade to Business Class. Business Class passengers have the option of upgrading to First Class. You submit your request for an upgrade to Business Class while seated in Economy Class on short- and medium-haul flights. Here's how it functions:
If you are qualified to submit a Lufthansa Bid Upgrade request, you will be contacted. If a reservation upgrade is available, click the link in the corresponding message. Now you may enter the amount you want to pay. |
